Napping with Cailey

Cailey had her 2 month appointment, and she weighs 13.10 pounds (95%), and is 23 1/2 inches (90%) tall. She is growing right on track, and looks beautiful according to the Doctor! She is wearing size 2 diapers, and in her 3-6 months clothes. She is cooing and smiling more and more every day. She is still having a lot of tummy aches, but hopefully that will subside in the next month (according to the Doctor).

A half hour with Devin....

1. Open all of Cailey's clothes drawers, and throw them on the floor. (let mom clean them up while poking and talking to Cailey through her crib.) 2. Drag the bin over to Cailey's changing table. 2. Pump lotion, then drop it on the floor 3. Play with the baby powder, and accidently knock the lamp (and yes break it) Get yelled at by mom. . . .

5. Grab the kitty and run and hide...in the shower, she won't find me here (right?!?!)

6. Quack at mom, because she opened the bathroom door to take a picture of me.

Mom loves the look on Emma's poor face saying PLEASE let me outta here.

I have learned alot from iheartfaces blog, and am going to enter my first photo! This week the challenge is "bundled up" so for this challenge I chose Cailey bundled up after bathtime, since she is usually so cozy and hates to be unwrapped in order to put her clothes on.

I got some blue seamless paper over the weekend, and instead of fighting the monkey to sit still for a hot second, I used the most beautiful little girl to photograph instead.

In my recent obsession with photography, I have run across this amazing woman's blog, not only is she an amazing photographer, but so is her her writing. She is also something I strive to be when I grow up...and yes she is younger than me :o)

I have become a little photography obsessed in the last few months, it is pretty much all I think of (other than the obvious, My kids).
