Camping

We took our yearly camping trip to Memorial Park a few weekends ago, and Devin had an absolute blast! Cailey did fairly well, although she did cut a tooth in the middle of the night, and most of the campground got the pleasure of hearing it happen.

Play-Doh Fun! We play with play-doh at least once a day! He loves it, now we just have to find the little people so we can cut play-doh people's hair!

Train rides are the BEST!

We decided to take the lil ones to feed the ducks and headed to a really yucki old duck pond, but Devin had fun but momma worried about the bird poop. It was short lived, thankfully, because we searched for a new park, and ran across an incredible park that we love! It had a carousel, and a train, and a fantastic playground with an old plane as a play structure.

Devin Update

Devin is becoming a big boy! He has alot more to say, and walks around the house practicing his words, his favorite right now is June, Gigi & ewuuu. He has been very active and exploratory, checking everything out, including getting into everything. He is very independent and strong willed. He has also become very helpful, once a project has started, he makes sure it is completed! He is one sweet caring boy. If Cailey is crying, he runs to mom asking her to take care of her. Or he will run and grab his toys for her to play with. He will sweetly say "Hi, Hi, Hi" to her until she smiles. He will also run up to her and laugh in her face, because he knows that it will crack her up! I can't believe that he is already 2 1/2, he is growing up so quickly.

Cailey is 6 Months Old!

Cailey is a big girl! She is 6 months old, and had an excellent 6 month appointment. She weighs 19.6 pounds, and is 27.5 inches long, both falling in the 97%. She loves Bananas and carrots, although she has only tried prunes and applesauce. Peas are next. She loves playing with toys, and especially her feet and toes. She is extremely happy except when she is hungry, then she lets the whole neighborhood know that she is unhappy. Her hair is starting to grow in, and she has 2 teeth. She loves her momma and dadda, and is already a cuddler. Devin can make her crack up just by looking at her, she is so in love!! She loves when you sing to her, and when you smile at her. She is a big girl, as she is already in size 3 diapers, and in her 12 month clothes.
